TransBnk secures $25M Series A from Bessemer to modernize banking

Mumbai-based TransBnk, a banking infrastructure startup, has raised $25 million in a Series A round led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Arkam Ventures, Fundamentum Partnership, 8i Ventures, Accion Venture Labs, and GMO Venture Partners.
Founded to simplify transaction banking, TransBnk provides an API-driven modular banking stack that integrates seamlessly with existing banking systems. The fresh capital will be used to expand into Southeast Asia and the Middle East, grow its product and technology teams, and accelerate adoption among fintechs and corporates.
Currently working with 40+ banks and 220+ clients, TransBnk aims to modernize legacy transaction systems and offer flexible, opex-based solutions—positioning itself as a critical enabler of the next wave of fintech innovation in India and beyond.
