BioSnap Raises ₹8 Crore Seed Round to Advance Digital Pathology Platform

BioSnap, a Bengaluru-based medtech startup, has raised ₹8 crore in Seed funding from Saha Fund, a specialized healthcare-focused venture fund. BioSnap provides an AI-powered digital pathology platform that enables remote diagnosis and analysis of medical slides with high precision, particularly targeting cancer detection.

The funding will be used to expand the R&D team, enhance AI model accuracy, and accelerate product commercialization. BioSnap’s platform aims to address challenges in pathology workflows by improving turnaround time, reducing manual errors, and increasing accessibility to quality diagnostics in underserved regions.

Given India’s growing demand for healthcare digitization and the critical role of early cancer detection, BioSnap’s technology is set to contribute significantly to improving diagnostic efficiency and enabling scalable telepathology solutions.
