All Things People (ATP), a startup in the HR technology space, has raised ₹7 crore in a seed funding round from an angel syndicate made up of global industry leaders, family members, and friends aligned with ATP’s mission to reshape workplace experience. ATP offers tools and platforms designed to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and workplace culture for organizations aiming to modernize HR processes.

The new capital will go toward product development, hiring technical and product teams, and expanding its customer base in India and possibly abroad. ATP plans to deepen features around feedback, wellbeing, performance tracking, and team collaboration to meet rising enterprise demand for richer employee engagement tools.

This round signals investor confidence in HR tech post-COVID, where companies building stronger internal culture and remote/hybrid work support tools are increasingly in demand.
