GreyLabs AI, which develops speech analytics tools for financial institutions, has raised ₹85 crore (≈ $10 million) in a Series A round led by Elevation Capital, with support from existing investor Z47 and angel backers. The startup helps banks, NBFCs, and fintech firms monitor and analyze voice data to improve compliance, detect fraud, and enhance customer experience.

The funds will be used for product enhancement (including language models and noise-robust speech processing), scaling the customer base especially among mid-to-large financial firms, and strengthening data infrastructure. As regulatory and customer demands around conversational analytics grow, GreyLabs is positioning itself as a key player in the intersection of AI + FinServ.

This round signals investors betting on trust, transparency, and AI-powered risk & behavior insight in financial services—a sector ripe for disruption via voice and speech analytics.
